Overview:

As an International Branding & Events Intern at Kiwa, you’ll join our Corporate Communication team and report directly to the Brand Manager. You’ll collaborate with international colleagues worldwide, supporting them with all things branding and communication. We’re currently refreshing our brand identity and visual style, offering a unique opportunity to develop skills in brand management. You’ll also play a key role in transitioning to our new Digital Asset Management system (DAM), ensuring a smooth rollout across all our international locations. But that’s not all! You’ll get your hands dirty assisting in the planning and execution of major international fairs like ISH 2025. This internship is packed with exciting learning and development opportunities – all in a fun, supportive environment with a team that’s always there to cheer you on.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of our brand guidelines worldwide;
  • Assist with the implementation of our new brand identity across all our international locations;
  • Help plan and execute international fairs and events;
  • Play a key role in the successful transition to our new Digital Asset Management system (DAM);
  • Support our global specialists, solving problems and fueling growth;
  • Ensure our divisions receive the attention they deserve;
  • Work within a fast-growing organization, ensuring collaboration and international coordination.

Responsabilities:

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and like to look at things from a different angle;
  • You are a third or fourth-year bachelor student (HBO/WO) in communication, marketing, or a related field;
  • You are looking for a hands-on internship where you can apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting;
  • You are based in the Netherlands and have a permit that allows you to do an internship here;
  • You feel at home in an enthusiastic team where responsibility, curiosity and openness are valued;
  • You are not afraid of deadlines;
  • You are available for a period of +/- 5 months;
  • You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

  • An internship allowance of € 500 per month (based on 40 hours per week);
  • The flexibility of working partly remotely (up to 50% of your time);
