The Export Distributor Markets teams (EDM) is responsible for the full portfolio of Coty Consumer Beauty brands, including Make-up, Scenting and Body Care categories in 35 markets across Europe.

This team offers a great opportunity to build experience in regional management, brand portfolio management and involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our Coty Export Europe team is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to work on Color cosmetics brands: Max Factor, Rimmel and Bourjois.

In this role, you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and support her in creating and implementing 360 local marketing strategies to drive growth across the Export Europe markets.

You will also work closely with cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, and Finance.

This role is a great opportunity to discover the full process of in-market product launch & many different aspects of local marketing focusing on both long-term brand building, as well as shorter-term business drivers like trade activations.


Marketing projects management

  • Provide support to the Marketing Team in the management of the product life cycle
  • Products launches adaptation and activation in Export Europe
  • Deployment of Strategy and Assets to brand stakeholders
  • Assortment management (product catalogues)
  • Support in creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Distributors requests, price lists updates, discontinuations follow up, registration process, etc.

Analysis and Monitoring:

  • Develop category knowledge and analytics capacities:
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively identify key competitor and consumer trends.
  • Work closely with Brand & Product Manager to develop analytical skills analyzing periodically sell-in and sell-out of assigned brands as well as the competition.


Support the Marketing Manager in their daily tasks


Min qualification

  • Recently graduated or currently studying (MBA or Masters in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Languages: fluency in English
  • Passion for beauty and our brands
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Solutions and results oriented

This internship is full-time (38 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months running from +/- 1ST September 2024 up to +/- 1st February 2025

You will receive an internship allowance.

The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
