As Account Manager, you will be part of the Account Management team in EMEA, reporting to the Director of Account Management.

You will be responsible for growing the revenue of our existing clients by developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and advising them on how to best leverage Uberall’s offerings to achieve their key business goals and KPIs.

You will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new expansion opportunities.

We will help you develop a deep understanding of the Uberall platform so that you can consult your clients, cultivate relationships, identify new opportunities within the customer and drive revenue by delivering on their business objectives.

\nYour responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, nurture and develop growth opportunities within your customer portfolio, maximising revenue generation from each account (Geographical Expansions, Brand Expansions & Product Cross-sells), via customer meetings, customer referrals, in-person events, networks, emails and calls.
  • Drive long-term partnership value with your customer portfolio by developing an understanding of clients’ business, their key company initiatives, their challenges, KPIs, goals and ROI metrics
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, balancing customer needs with company goals
  • Own the creation and delivery of Strategic Account Plans, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), commercial proposals and negotiations for your customers
  • Effectively develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Deliver first-class executive presentations and discovery workshops with your customers, engaging with senior executives (VP & C-levels and influencers)
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, to strengthen our relationship and grow incremental business
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Customer Success Management, Customer Operations, Solutions, Finance, Legal & Product) to ensure best-in-class service. Represent the client needs with other functional teams and provide input to the Product team to help shape our development roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager for your accounts, as well as other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements, and share relevant insights with your customers to position our company as a thought leader
Your profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (or a similar role), with a focus on consultative sales.
  • English & German are a must, other languages are a bonus! (French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to take accountability and proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual revenue growth targets
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Strategy, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 20% of availability to travel to meet with your customers in person
