Your Job

Are you commercially and administratively strong and keen to work in a friendly and dynamic team? As a sales support officer, you are a crucial link in the sales process of the Small Medium enteprise segment. You process contracts once they are won, ensuring our delivery department knows what needs to be delivered. With your technical knowledge of our Vodafone Business portfolio and our B2B chains, you ensure everything runs smoothly and regularly liaise with colleagues from other departments. You think in terms of solutions and understand that there are multiple ways to achieve a goal. Can you find the best way and perfectly service both sales and the customer?

• Higher vocational education (Bachelor) level of working and thinking
• 3 years of work experience in a commercial and administrative role
• Some experience with working on projects
• Some technical experience or demonstrable affinity with it. For example, you understand the technology behind a fixed network connection or telephone exchange
• Strong verbal and written Dutch language skills
