Internship – Hyperautomation (AI/ML)

The Team

As part of NBCUniversal’s ambition to drive digital transformation, we see that many manual activities can be automated with intelligent technologies, which resulted in the creation of a centre of excellence based in Amsterdam called the” Virtual Workforce” (“VWF”). We use Hyperautomation to automate financial processes, we pre-dominantly focus on Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) and we are using AI and ML technology to make our robots smarter. Besides, we also use low-code automation to automate workflows and we develop dashboards to get more insights in performance.

The VWF is growing rapidly and is looking for an intern to support our Solution Architects and development team. In this internship you will have the opportunity to be part of our innovative team that wants to enable the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning within the Media industry.

The Role

In this internship you will support the team to identify processes that can be automated, and you will get the opportunity to standardize and automate business processes yourself by using RPA technology and by developing and training AI models. Therefore, this internship will provide you with experience of how Hyperautomation can add value in a business environment.

Responsibilities

· Assess whether a business process can be automated.

· Analyse and automate business processes.

· Provide support to our Robot Process Automation (RPA) environments.

· Document Robot Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

· Collect, organize, and analyze data to improve the performance of AI models.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and assist in problem-solving activities.

· Assist in conducting research and staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

· Develop low code automations and Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor student; Business IT & Management, Information Technology or similar course of study preferred.
• Minimum availability for internship: 5 months, with a 6-month maximum time frame.
• Strong oral and written English skills required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Professionalism, commitment to quality and integrity, and strong self-motivation.
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment and willing to assist others as needed.
• Willing to go the extra mile to contribute to our team’s success.
• Preferred start date end of August or September
