Major accountabilities: Performing feasibility and development of novel dosage forms to establish new formulation platforms for subcutaneous drug delivery.Developing and assessing performance of novel process technologies for product improvementAnalytical characterization of material properties to improve formulation and processPlanning, performing, interpreting experiments and regularly aligning with our experts in the field according to project goals and milestonesBe an accountable contributor to increase formulation understanding and accelerate product development timelines by conducting experiments and presenting results in internal meetings. Minimum Requirements: Education: Recent M.Sc. graduate or enrolled Master Student in e.g. Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering Languages: Strong communication skills in EnglishSkills: Strong knowledge in formulation, pharmaceutical technology/processing and/or physicochemical properties / pharmaceutical material sciences (e.g. powder characterization) is regarded as an assetHands-on experience and motivation to work in a laboratory environment is requiredYou have a scientific and creative mindset, constantly eager to expand your knowledge and establish new formulation and process technologiesOrganizational skills, including planning and execution of laboratory work (process and characterization)Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment, strong communication and collaboration skills are regarded as the basisWhile you are a strong team player and role-model in collaboration, the ability to work independently will be valued.
