JOB PURPOSE This position serves as a trusted advisor to the Fixed Network leadership team, supporting them in the execution of the strategy and delivery of short-term objectives. While the role has clearly defined areas of responsibility, it is also fluid, requiring the ability to deliver high-quality output in a high-paced and sophisticated environment on an ad-hoc basis. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive informed decision-making at all levels of the Fixed NW teamProvide insights to the Fixed NW team and LG Markets Run strategic / special projects and assignments as requested by senior management End-to-end ownership of key projects / deliverables: coordinate and bring structure to internal projects across the Fixed NW team Prepare and deliver high quality presentations and analysis to the Chief Network Officer, senior level management, Board, LG and other LG decision bodies Facilitate interactions with key collaborators at LG Tech and country level Support Fixed NW team to implement organizational transformation and optimize way of working and employee engagement KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: A track record in delivering key programs and presentation / interpersonal skills Top-tier educational background, with at least a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field Ideally has hands-on experience with technical projects in fast paced companies Positive and enthusiastic demeanor and ability to thrive in an environment of constant change Experience in working with higher management and executives Experience in developing teams or have the ambition to grow this skillset DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strategic problem solver with the ability to set a vision and formulate processes and plans to achieve objectives Ability to simplify sophisticated information for communication and recommendations Proficient in meeting facilitation and guiding teams to effective decision-making High EQ, possesses high level of judgement, as well as discretion, strong management of confidentiality Collaborative attitude with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence, and align others Self-starter and able to look and think long term while defining clear goals and timelines Proactively identify and address problems Positive, hard-working and able to thrive in an environment of constant change Benefits: Competitive salary + Bonus 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more Company pension contribution Subsidy on health insurance premium Free access to LinkedIn Learning & Coursera to continue to develop and grow your career with us Free public transport subscription that can be used for both work and leisure travel on all modes of public transport, anywhere in the Netherlands.
