As a Product Manager we would like you to join our Customer Experience Product Family, to help create the best mobile app & web experience for our million+ customers. You will help our customers from the moment they start on-boarding after signing up for an Energy contract with Eneco. You will also help them stay on top of every detail about their energy consumption, and compliment that with a smooth self-service experience. To be able to achieve that goal, you will partner with colleagues from tech, design, data, operations and customer service.
Develop the vision and product roadmap for improving our mobile and app experience with focus on self-service and reducing customer contacts
Create strong alignment with the different stakeholders that are involved in delivering this service to customers (operations and customer service)
Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data experts to build the right solution for our business and our customers
Co-define the right OKRs and own executing and delivering towards them
Show high sense of urgency and energy to motivate your team to be more creative and drive change faster
5+ years of experience as a product manager
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
Data-driven decision making
Strong verbal and written communication
High sense of ownership
The Customer Experience product family is a cross functional team working towards a shared mission. We utilize data to define our direction, and we measure our impact through quarterly OKRs. We collaborate on understanding our customers problems and define small steps to validate our solutions and progress towards the desired impact.
