  • Build sales & profitability in assigned accounts

Responsibilities

Grow Sales and Share in assigned customers:

  • Negotiate, develop, and execute effective contracts with assigned customers
  • Monitor and manage contract budgets with assigned customers
  • Making payment records for contract award/or promotion payment for customers assigned by AM.
  • Identify and recommend programs on display, promotion, pricing and sales tools.
  • Listing new product to assigned customers – if any (to improve skills), with AM support.

Measure:

  • Actual verses plan
  • Contracts signed timely
  • OT reports timely & accurately

Executing the plan

  • Build and maintain customer relationships at relevant levels.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure the fulfillment of commitments with customers.
  • Visit customers to better understand each customers 's strategy.
  • Monitor the implementation of customer agreements and plan for timely adjustments.
  • Receive and effectively handle customer feedback.
  • Manage and train Sales Rep to ensure inventory, implement effective sales support activities and enhance display image.
  • Monitor and manage customers’ debt according to company policy.
  • Proposing and preparing goods, opening support activities, ensuring participation in customer store opening events.

Measure:

  • Market visits and have timely reports
  • Manage debt period
  • Attend customer store opening events

Develop new business opportunities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborate with OT team and and colleagues to discover new customer
  • Take the necessary steps to create new customers on the system

Measure:

New contracts and New Business Volume achieved


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in Organized Trade/Modern Trade Channel
  • Negotiation skill
  • Communication skill
  • Problem solving skill
  • Supervisory skill
  • English (writing, verbal) proficiency
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Analyzing skills
