Position Summary Are you going to enhance the shopping experience of our online customers in the Benelux? Role and Responsibilities Your role In the role of digital marketeer mobile, you will be responsible for campaign and promotional management, including merchandising activities, working in very close collaboration with the e-commerce product managers mobile. Your goal is to accelerate growth for the mobile product category, executing the sales and marketing plans of the mobile division product group in the market, within the strategy and guidelines of Samsung. Your responsibilities Your main responsibility as a digital marketeer (together with the e-commerce team) is driving the vision, development, and measurement of an exceptional shopping experience for Samsung.com in the Benelux. Besides that, your responsibilities include the following: Stakeholder management (30%) Works and communicates efficiently with own team (your direct trade marketing colleagues, the e-commerce marketing specialist, the SEO specialist and manager), other departments (IMD sales & marketing division, corporate marketing (CRM/social/digital teams), logistics, legal, customer service, and finance), and in-house agencies. E-store mobile sales & marketing campaigns (30%) Manage and execute the mobile sales & marketing calendar: design, coordinate, and evaluate the mobile campaigns, including, for example, new product launches. Work closely with paid media specialists, content marketeers, and product managers to optimize traffic and ensure campaigns and promotions are translated into communication for the different owned and paid marketing channels (including data analysis). E-store mobile performance advertisement (30%) Lead execution for the performance advertisement activities: cooperate with the paid media team and corporate marketing for the optimal digital media investments (search / shopping / affiliate). Evaluate the investments on a regular basis with the set KPI’s (ROAS). These performance-based investments should be aligned with the mobile sales & marketing division campaigns. In addition, you are in charge of managing the performance budget within Samsung guidelines. Customer journey optimization (10%) Together with the product managers, you are the key driver to improve CVR%. Continuously working on campaign and promotion visibility, initiating small customer experience (CX) improvements and projects towards the CX specialist with the goal to enhance the customer shopping experience and satisfaction. Own the end-to-end customer journey and drive this at every touchpoint, working closely with different teams in the organization, e.g., content, platform, and UX teams. From product positioning to frequently asked questions, optimize the customer journey from pre-sale to post-sale to ensure a flawless experience. Your team As a digital marketeer mobile, you’ll be joining the e-store team, part of the Samsung Benelux D2C department. With the presence of a lot of talent and expertise, we can make a difference.
