Are you passionate about developing compelling marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Marketer fluent in German to join our team! As a crucial member of our marketing department, you will play a central role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns for German-speaking businesses.

About the job

As a Digital Content Marketer, your mission is to attract new prospects by creating, maintaining, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels. From writing SEO content to conceptualizing and editing radio commercials, the marketers at Bierens Lab cover it all!

Our approach is data-driven and highly iterative. You love working on content creation and improvement through keyword research, position tracking, competitive analysis, and the use of heatmaps and data analysis. Your main tasks include:

  • Creating or improving SEO content: conquering and defending top positions in Google;
  • Managing our social media channels;
  • Proposing and setting up CRO experiments and A/B tests;
  • Analyzing data from GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and heatmaps;
  • Continuously seeking new marketing opportunities;
  • Monitoring our marketing automation content;
  • Planning events for both physical and online seminars.

What does your week look like at Bierens?

Monday: Start the day with a coffee meeting with colleagues. At 10 AM, attend a kick-off meeting to discuss everyone's focus for the week.

Tuesday: Analyze the latest data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Semrush to review our performance and identify areas for improvement.

Wednesday: Once you know where our opportunities lie, it's time to transform that knowledge into great content. Your content reflects the keyword research, competitive analyses, and other preparations you've conducted for your goal: conquering the number 1 spot in Google.

Thursday: Work on various projects today. Spend the morning working on the latest concept for our eBook. After lunch, oversee a webinar hosted by two of our lawyers in our own Bierens Studio.

Friday: Friday is perfect for brainstorming sessions on emerging marketing channels, participating in a certificate ceremony with our developers, or completing other tasks that need attention. The team meets at 4 PM to wrap up the week.

Who are you?

We expect you to bring the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • A genuine team player attitude;
  • Results-oriented and customer-centric approach;
  • Creativity in applying new media forms and insights;
  • Fluent German proficiency in written and verbal communication (native level);
  • Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
