As an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Solutions Architect, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions within an organization. Specifically focused on IAM 4 Employees. As an IAM Solutions Architect, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of digital assets related to employee access. You and your job As part of the IAM architecture team your key responsibility is to translate our IAM vision into architecture and specifications, interacting with key stakeholders to achieve the best possible result. The team you will be part of consists of 5-6 Solution Architects and takes responsibility for the full architecture lifecycle, from new ideas into clear specifications and principles ready for detailed design. We expect you have a good, generic overview and understanding of the capabilities of IAM solutions so as to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with. Top 3 responsibilities Translate high level targets into architecture, designs and a blueprint for solutions, align with Product owners, DevOps teams and other stakeholders Rely on your experience in design patterns, published reference architectures and guidance from Business Architects and other (internal) stakeholders like the Cyber Defense Centre and First Line Risk Management Generate or enhance Architecture and Design artifacts such as a solution architecture document and technical requirements design document for each of the individual IAM components, diagrams, and technical presentations Work on new topics such as eIDAS, advanced IAM analytics and more Besides that, you will be a sparring partner for business, the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders. You will be and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your architecture designs. You will also play a key role in monitoring and ensuring the quality of the work of the DevOps team and act as an expert in IAM capabilities and security control discussions. You and your talent Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise. Experience with (hybrid) cloud environments and platforms (MS Azure, AWS and Google platform) and the IAM features they present Experience in working with multiple IGA and Access Management products; experience with OneIdentity is preferred Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM; Certifications may include: CISSP, CISM, MS MC: Azure Security Engineer.
