The Korn Ferry difference

At Korn Ferry, talent matters. We believe that when people are engaged in the right roles, developed, and rewarded, the firm flourishes. Ideas come to life and our business grows. The leaders who will shape tomorrow emerge. We know that the only pathway to greatness is through people.

We place a high value on progressing, developing, and nurturing our colleagues from the first day they arrive and throughout the entirety of their career – regardless of their role, line of business or region. We want Korn Ferry to continue to be a premier career destination – a place where each day colleagues are energized, developed, empowered and able to pursue their passions.

Development is however a partnership and because we attract top talent, we are a culture of self-starters who don’t wait for things to happen to them but instead take the initiative to learn and grow. Being insatiably curious and striving to be better today than yesterday are hallmarks of our most successful colleagues.

We expect a lot from our people, but we also believe in giving a lot back. We’re passionate about creating an environment where talent thrives, where excellence is always recognized and rewarded, and where every contribution matters. We are committed to be an inclusive employer and value our people based on their ability to contribute to Korn Ferry’s goals, irrespective of other attributes. We are happy to consider flexible and agile ways of working to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle. As part of the recruitment process, we can put you in touch with people who work flexibly so that you understand from them what our culture is like. We also welcome candidates who are returning to work after an extended career break who have previous relevant experience.

Do you care about the bigger picture?
