We are looking for to work on our team. The role is responsible for working with Energy Storage System Development to tracking and closed-loop issues during the project process

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating with energy storage project clients, collecting and updating progress to clients
  • Responsible for timely communication with customers and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for controlling and budgeting project after-sales costs
  • Responsible for collecting daily reports of on-site engineers and converting them into emails to respond to customers
  • Responsible for tracking and closed-loop issues during the project process
  • Responsible for outputting weekly and monthly reports of the project
  • Responsible for other tasks assigned by leaders
  • Sometimes it is necessary to travel to the site

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronics, Automation is preferred
  • More than 3 years of project management experience
  • Strong organization, coordination and team management ability, strong interpersonal communication ability
  • Outgoing personality and strong ability to withstand pressure
  • A current full clean UK driving licence
  • Basic IT skills (Word Processing, Outlook, Excel)
  • Right to Work in the UK
