Job Opportunity: (Medior) Online Marketeer

As an experienced Online Marketeer, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our online presence, enhancing website visibility, generating leads through various online channels, and effectively managing our CRM system. Here’s a closer look at your key responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Website Management: Optimize website(s) to enhance user experience and increase conversions. Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

SEO & SEA: Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and manage paid search campaigns (SEA) to improve visibility and ROI.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase engagement. Craft email flows, segment the audience, and measure campaign performance.

CRM System Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, including data entry, report generation, and supporting other departments in utilizing the CRM system for marketing purposes.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to report on the performance of online marketing initiatives. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms to gain insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEA, email marketing, and CRM system management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be proficient in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
