  • Prepare VAT returns, EC sales lists and Intrastat reports and make sure they are filed correctly and in time, for most countries with the help of external VAT advisors;
  • Coordinate timely payments and refunds of VAT for all jurisdictions;
  • Make sure VAT GL accounts always reflect the actual position;
  • Periodically check if shipping docs are available for all VAT zero rated transactions;
  • Assist in external VAT audits.;
  • Assist the VAT manager in IT related (change) processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • You're familiar with and have a strong interest in preparing and filing VAT returns, EC sales lists and Intrastat reports;
  • You must have a Bachelor degree within Finance/ Accounting;
  • You have an eye for detail and are not afraid to challenge what you see;
  • You’re curious by nature and are eager to learn more about VAT in a commodity trading landscape;
  • You’re a good communicator, both oral and in writing, in English and preferably also in Dutch.
