THE ROLE

During the internship with us at Wella Company you will be an important part of the team. You will get to see what it is like to work in a global organization with operational work in several markets. With us, you will gain insight and broad experience in marketing and communication with a focus on the execution and development of marketing campaigns and strategies. You will support in the creation of marketing materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather market insights, assist and be a strong voice in the creation of newsletters and social media postings and much much more. As the internship goes on, the intern will be a big part in developing the learning plan and what the intern would like to gain a deeper knowledge of within the company.

To thrive with us, you should enjoy having several things going on at the same time. You should be passionate about marketing and have a great personal drive. We also see that your internship is at least 10 weeks, and that the internship is done as part of your university education.

QUALIFACTIONS

requirements:

Currently studies marketing, communication

Speaks dutch and english

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( word, excel, powerpoint)

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Creative thinking and problem solving abilities

Enthusiasm for the beauty industry

desirable:

Familarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms

Understanding of brand management and product positioning

Passion for haircare, beauty products and trends in the cosmetic industry

Social media interest
