The IT Audit Specialist has strong IT technical knowledge and acts as the focal point for IT audit-related matters. He/She is responsible for the assessment of the IT risks within the organisation, design of the audit response and oversight of the execution. He/She builds strong relationship with IT management (MT-1 level) not only by providing assurance, but also by acting as a trusted advisor for strengthening IT organisation's governance and control framework.

Responsibilities:

Prepare audit risk assessment for the IT areas as part of the quarterly audit planning;- Design the audit response for the IT audit plan;- Oversee the execution of the IT audit plan;- Manage the relationship between audit and key stakeholders, balancing audit responsibilities and the added-value to the organisation;- Lead IT audits from planning through execution till reporting;- Support the audit team with integrated audits;- Manage the validation of audit findings closed by the auditees;- Engage in the development and execution of data analysis;- Act as a contact point for the region with the Global IT Audit expertise team.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with IT related major;

Master or other post-graduate course preferred;

Fluent English and Spanish preferred;

Skillful in communicating with different stakeholders (e.g technical IT subjects, strategic matters);

Capable of understanding the circumstances in the broader context of the bank;

Thorough technical knowledge of IT Risk and Controls, COBIT, Cyber Security, etc;

Industry certifications are required (CISA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, etc.);

Likes to coach teammates;

Collaborative (e.g. hands-on, pro-active).
