Head of Corporate Finance

As the Head of Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our European growth through financing. Together with the CFO you will manage Quatt’s financing strategies and set-up and manage debt and equity financing of the company, i.e. customer finance, working capital finance, debt, equity funding (including current investors).

What you will do:

• Establish Quatt's customer finance structures in partnership with specialized advisors.

• Coordinate financing projects.

• Liaise with investors, banks, advisors, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant internal teams to execute due diligence, structuring, valuation and KYC processes.

• Review and collaboratively prepare financial models, financing memorandums, and other related documents.

• Monitor financing solutions in collaboration with the Finance and Legal teams.

• Prepare board and investor updates and presentations.

What you will need:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Deep understanding and proven track record in (all aspects of) Corporate Finance.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to think out-of-the box and set-up innovative financing structures.

• Ability to deal with rapidly changing conditions and the creativity to come with solutions for problems that may arise during transactions.

• Flexible, down-to-earth and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.

• Good drafting, reporting, preparation of memoranda and project management skills.

• Experience in an entrepreneurial and international work setting and diversified teams.

• Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation, with a genuine commitment to advancing clean energy technologies.
