Op ons Customer Service Center wordt momenteel hard gewerkt aan digitalisering van de processen. De wensen en behoeften van onze klanten en interne collega’s moeten worden geïnventariseerd om aannames te voorkomen.
In deze rol schakel je veel met andere afdelingen en collega’s, zoals Key Account assistenten, Sales buitendienst, Data specialisten et cetera.
De afdeling is dynamisch en kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen. Je bent tijdens deze leuke en uitdagende stage volledig onderdeel van het team en je krijgt de vrijheid om ook ideeën over eigen projecten in te brengen.
