The main purpose of the role is to provide a high quality HR Admin support to PepsiCo employees in Utrecht terms of:
- Delivering a range of HR administrative tasks and owning a range of processes from an administrative and systems perspective
- Being a trusted advisor & subject matter expert (SME) in social legislation
- Being Responsible for timely execution of payroll input/reporting
- Being First point of contact for HR related queries from employees
- Supporting HR core processes in Utrecht
- Securing data accuracy and ongoing HR tool/systems optimization
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely execution of HR administration, HR systems maintenance, provision of employee documentation, information required for payroll purposes, employee benefits administration and reporting
- Timely delivery of accurate employee data to the payroll team for total client population:
Ensure payroll team has up-to-date and accurate employee data, including life events, promotions, salary changes,…
Check and follow up on special payments
Be actively involved in HR/payroll interaction in order to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient way of working
- Creating and completing official documents (employee contract, unemployment, termination doc’s, etc)
- Provide service to all employees on all personnel administration processes and procedures. Act as subject matter expert and handle routine queries in all areas of payroll, personnel administration and social legislation
- Ensure complete accuracy of personnel files and efficient use of personnel information systems and other information systems to manage and report on employee data
- MyHR Gatekeeper for NWE: this involves escalated problem solving, (change) communication, capability building, Manager Self-service champion and act as local MyHR expert. First point of contact for MyHR Global team MyLearning Gatekeeper for NL and provide timely reports;
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits;
- Support HR team on local Projects in HQ Utrecht
- Support HR Operations Team in implementation of new technology, new ways of working, digitalizing HR, and other HR Ops related projects
Qualifications
- A Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management;
- Excellent IT software knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems);
- Basic knowledge of local HR legislation;
- Experience of working in HR administration;
- Analytical skills necessary to perform compensation and benefits reviews;
- The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment;
- Exhibits a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges;
- Mother tongue Dutch, fluent in English
