Key Responsibilities:Policy tracking, timely delivering monthly policy reports, special policy reports. Assisting the internal policy training and the organization of annual China policy workshop.Strategic policy analysis of macro environment, healthcare reform, pharmaceutical industry changes, e.g. drug launch, bidding & procurement, reimbursement, distribution and use, etc.Building and maintaining external network and relationship with key stakeholders and managing external projects.Assisting key policy position paper and communication letter like CDF and IBLAC policy papers and advocating policy positions on strategic therapeutical areas and the industrial environment of related products.Close collaboration with internal partners including Global teams and local cross-functional teams on strategic product support.Essential Requirements: Master degree and above in healthcare, public policy and public management.3-5 years of working experiences in government/public affairs, market access, strategic planning in multi-national pharmaceutical companies.Fluent in both Mandarin and English (oral and written).Result-oriented and good analysis skills with good learning agility.Cross function collaboration teamwork and project management.Good paperwork ability both in Chinese and English.Good office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills.Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
