What will I be doing as a Technology Junior Consultant?

Join us at Accenture as a Junior Technology Consultant and embark on a dynamic journey within our Technology General Practice. In this role, you'll kickstart your career by immersing yourself in a range of projects while gaining exposure to leading technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle.

What will your responsibilities entail?

As a Junior Technology Consultant, you'll collaborate closely with our team to empower organizations in their quest to become high-performance entities. Our clients are navigating digital transformations, streamlining IT infrastructures, and exploring cutting-edge technologies like GenAI.

Your role will involve:

  • Participating in requirements gathering, design creation, configuration, and implementation of new technologies to support business transformations.
  • Utilizing various delivery methodologies including agile, scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.
  • Constantly expanding your knowledge base to effectively apply emerging and established technologies.
  • Leveraging the expertise of our global network to deliver exceptional results.

How will you collaborate with your team?

You'll be an integral part of a diverse project team, collaborating with professionals of varying backgrounds and levels of experience. In addition to working alongside Dutch colleagues, you'll often engage with international counterparts from our global technology centers. As a member of the Technology General Practice (TGP), you'll have the opportunity to explore different industries and platform groups, shaping your career trajectory within Accenture through hands-on experiences and personal development discussions. Following a comprehensive learning and development program, you'll gain exposure to diverse projects and engage in regular fun and educational activities with fellow graduates. After 1-2 years, you'll transition to a specific industry or platform group of your choosing, whether it's Resources, Health & Public Services, Financial Services (FS), or one of our technology specializations like SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.

Qualifications

Here's what you’ll need

To excel in the Technology Junior General Practice, you'll need to align technology with the strategic objectives of our clients. Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills are essential, along with a curiosity to explore different organizations and technologies. Additionally, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a field related to technology, business processes, or IT.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Affinity, experience, or interest in technology, which you can elaborate on in your motivation letter.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
