What will I be doing as a Technology Junior Consultant?

As a Junior Technology Consultant at Accenture Technology you will work side-by-side with colleagues to support organizations in becoming ‘high-performance’ organizations.

Our clients have different ambitions as to digitalize their businesses, simplify and/or modernize their IT landscape, experimenting with new technologies as GenAI and becoming a sustainable company. Within technology we are focusing on the delivery of these projects.

In these projects you will:

  • Be involved in gathering requirements, creating designs, configuration and implementing new technology and supporting business changes.
  • Work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps.
  • Learn about new technologies and to smartly apply proven technologies.
  • Have, in addition, the knowledge and expertise of our global network at your disposal.

How will I be working together with my team?

You will be part of a project team with a variety of people in background and seniority needed to deliver what we promise. Next to Dutch colleagues we often work with international colleagues from our global technology centers. Next to projects, all juniors within our Technology practice are part of the Technology General Practice (TGP). During your time in the TGP you can work in different industries and platforms groups giving you the opportunity to drive your career path within Accenture based on your experiences and personal development conversations. You will receive an extensive learning and development program, will have different project experiences and regular (fun&learning) connects with other graduates. After 1-2 years you will move to a specific industry or platform group of your choice (e.g. Resources, Health & Public Services, Products, Financial Services (FS), Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), Project Control Services, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or Connected solutions).
