Your team and responsibilities
Youwillworkwithintheplanningandordermanagementteam,whichtogetherwiththepurchasingandinventorymanagementteamispartoftheProductionPlanningdepartment,withintheManufacturingorganizationinVeghel("thefactory").Theplanningandordermanagementteamstrivestodeliverthehighestservicetoour(internal)customers,throughoptimalplanning,service-orientedmindsetandsolving challenges.

As Production and Supply Chain Coordinator you manage withthe team the overall responsibilities, with more emphasis on our masterplanning and internal stakeholdermanagement. Your key activities include:

Service Level Management & Order Management

  • Youconveythestrategicroleofthefactory

  • Youmanageourmasterdata(e.g.deliverytimes)forourstakeholdersviadata-drivenmethods

  • Youmanageforecasting andorderacceptance

Planning

  • Youoptimizetheplanningtoachievethefactory objectives, areabletokeepanoverviewandsettherightpriorities, and align with the different parts of the organization

  • Youcoordinateandcoachothersintheorganizationwithregardtotheplanningprocess

  • Yousupporttheproductionorganizationwithdetailedplanning activities and quicklyandaccuratelyprocesstherequiredadministrationinourERPsystem(JDE).

  • You act as a backup in the team, where you also regularly perform operational tasks

Continuous Improvement

  • You realize data-driven structural improvements, and devise and implement working methods to ensure that the team functions optimally.

  • You analyzeand give solicited and unsolicited advice our performance. Youworktogetherwithothercolleagues in theorganizationtoimplementimprovements.

  • You are or will become an expert in JDE and the factory processes, and fulfill a key user role (for planning).

Your capabilities:

Your profile

You are an eager professional that wants to challenge itself and its environment, and furthermore you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

  • A relevant HBO+/WO degree (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, ..)

  • Some years of work experience and ready for the next step with more responsibility

  • Good communication skills and fluency in Dutch

  • Strong data and/or BI skills and ambition to develop these further

  • High operational involvement and you are proactive and decisive

  • Teamplayer – willing to back-up others (also for operational activities)

  • Networker/Cooperator – able to build sustainable relationships with your (global) counterparts

  • Disciplined, structured, driven and motivated
