What you'll do

As Sustainability Intern, you will get the chance to make impact every day. You will work with the (Associate) Partners of our Sustainability practice from day one, taking a hands-on role in consulting projects for clients & taking on a diverse set of tasks to build our Sustainability service line. Building our service line includes organizing Sustainability events, analysing relevant articles & trends, and supporting commercial activities by creating pitch documents. These responsibilities, in combination with the daily cooperation with our team, provide a great range and depth of opportunities.

SparkOptimus has a coaching and learning culture. We support your development through on-the-job coaching and internal training programs that address the challenges you will encounter, e.g., consultancy skills, interpersonal skills, and functional expertise. You will be amazed by how much you will learn in a short amount of time!

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3rd year bachelor student (WO/Academic), with excellent results so far & ideally related to sustainability
  • Outstanding analytical and social skills, a can-do mentality, and a passion for digital
  • Availability for six consecutive months
  • Start date: flexible
  • Please note: Dutch students must have completed their VWO
