YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring of facility processes, initiating improvements, and communicating planned work to operations.
• Developing and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility processes.
• Responsible for the daily management of facilities, including hard and soft services at Arvato.
• Collaborating with the Operations Excellence team to optimize and maintain facilities.
• Continuously evaluating facility processes and making adjustments as needed to meet the organization's needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Possessing a Vocational or Bachelor’s degree with experience in process improvement.
• Excelling in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on cooperation.
• Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage complex tasks.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other facility management software, promoting efficiency.
