As the Senior Salesforce Developer you will lead development on the Salesforce platform. You will be the gatekeeper and guardian for the quality of everything Salesforce related within the Digital Organization. In this role you will split your time equally between quality, refinement and hands-on development. You will lead by example and attack challenging development tasks while overseeing other Salesforce projects and team quality.

• Hands on development and active participation in projects as Senior Developer

• Improving development process and setting standards for quality

• Guiding, mentoring, providing technical advice and support to Developers

• Managing the foundational work within the domain, responsible for platform and technologies in scope

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Salesforce Developer gained from a fast moving, technology driven, complex organization

• Strong technical background, knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, very comfortable building integrations and configuration functions, strong API experience.

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Certified Platform Developer II and any Salesforce Architect certificates are a plus

• Stakeholder management skills, capacity to manage effectively ‘up’ and ‘down’

• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch will be an advantage

The Salesforce team currently consists of three members, including a Salesforce architect, and two Salesforce Developers.

The primary challenge for the team is to facilitate the growth of our Sustainable Living organization. Our mission aligns with our commitment to the environment and sustainability, as outlined in Eneco’s “One Planet” plan. We aim to significantly increase the adoption of our eco-friendly products. The Salesforce team is particularly involved in the adoption of heat pumps, enabling our customers to transition to renewable energy sources and reduce their carbon footprint.
