Description

Our Corporate M&A section is looking for an ambitious Junior Associate (advocaat-stagiair) to further address the growing needs of our (international) clients. You will develop, grow and work in an ever expanding international environment.

About our Corporate M&A practice

The Corporate M&A practice advises on a broad range of international corporate M&A transactions, including private equity, venture capital and joint ventures across a broad range of sectors. Our clients include national and international public and private companies, including real estate and private equity firms, leading service providers, industrials, financial institutions, banking & finance companies, family offices as well as early-stage companies such as start-ups and scale-ups.

The Corporate M&A team members are known for their pragmatic approach, entrepreneurship, pro-activity and creativity in delivering solutions to clients. Our young, dynamic and dedicated team works closely together on various international matters, reinforcing each other, and adding value for clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements

You will be working on a broad range of international M&A transactions and we would require from you the following skill sets and drivers:

• Master’s Degree in Dutch law
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Commercial awareness and solution-oriented
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player with a drive for excellence
