Our entity in the Netherlands, in Oosterhout, is looking for a VIE IT Production support M/F.
Your main missions are as follows:
- Implementation of invoice validation cycle, including implementation of workflow process and IT cost reporting via process automation/reporting
- Development of dashboards, automation of reporting and monitoring tools
- Updating assets in the asset management system to better track obsolescence levels and make fixes.
- Collection of materialization files during "Global Key Surveillance Points" campaigns
- Implementation of global key monitoring points by implementing automated solutions where applicable. The deliverable must be easily maintainable.
- Ensure the monitoring of actions/plans that will result from the campaigns by providing optimized automated solutions favoring the reuse of deliverables because the campaigns are recurring.
- Establishment and execution of the action plan relating to the deployment of IT Governance 6.1 in collaboration with the IT Governance manager
- Formalization/sharing of MOMs for structuring meetings (IT management / IT & Cyber Risk committees, team meetings, etc.) as well as administrative tools to enrich/manage them
- Streamlining of capacity plan updates which consists of ensuring the filling of the days consumed in the time tracking tool. A joint effort with the PMO representative will be required and as input to make projections in the capacity plan
- Ease of communication with suppliers regarding monitoring administrative tasks, such as managing licenses, making annotations and comments on contracts during the review cycle.
THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS IMPORTANT!
The BENE Production IT team is made up of several teams:
- Infra team: 3 people in the Netherlands and 2 people in Belgium
- Technical applications management team: 1 person in the Netherlands and 1 person in Belgium
- Functional Application Team: 4 people in the Netherlands
The IT Production team ensures that management activities are carried out at the infra level as well as at the application level with a view to securing IT and business continuity.

You are a university or school graduate with a specialization in IT engineering.
You have solid knowledge in IT development and testing, IT security and architecture and you have significant experience (internship and work-study included) on similar missions.
You speak French and English at an advanced level and are proficient in Web technologies, query tools, Microsoft Windows Powershell production tools, J2EE, Liferay Portal, Spring and Webservices middleware as well as the Java IT language.
In addition, your adaptability and team spirit will be essential assets. Add to that your communication, your analytical skills and your rigor to finally convince us.

VIE IT Production Support – Oosterhout, H/F
What about your daily life?
Our entity in the Netherlands at Oosterhout is looking for a V.I.E. IT Production support H/F.
You will contribute in the:
- Implementation of invoice validation cycle including the implementation of a workflow process & IT cost reporting via automation of the processes/reportings
- Development of dashboards, automation of reporting & monitoring tools
- Update of assets in the asset Mgt system in order to better follow obsolescence levels & provide remediation.
- Collection of materialization files during the Global Key Surveillance Points campaigns
- Implementation of Global key Surveillance points by putting automated solutions in place where applicable. The deliverable need to be easily maintainable.
- Follow up of the action items/plan which will be resulted from the campaigns by providing optimized automated solutions favouring the reuse of the deliverables as the campaigns are recurrent.
- Establishment & the execution of the action plan related to the IT Governance 6.1 deployment together with the head of the IT Governance
- Formalisation/sharing of the MOMs of structuring meetings (IT steering/ IT & Cyber Risk committees, teams meetings, etc..) as well as administrate tools to enrich/steer them
- Fluidification of the capacity plan updates which consists of ensuring the filling the consumed days in the time tracking tool. A joint effort with the PMO representative will be required & as contribution to make projections in the capacity plan
- Ease of communication with Suppliers when it comes to follow up on administrative related tasks like license Mgt, formulating contract annotations/comments during review cycle

IT BENE Production team consists of:
- Infra team: 2 persons in BE, 3 persons in NL
- Technical Application Mgt team: 1 person in BE, 1 in NL
- Functional Application team: 4 persons in NL
