Software Developer (Digital Innovation & Analytics) – Internship

As an intern, you will support Digital Innovation & Analytics Scrum Teams in the day-to-day development of products. You will work in a dynamic environment with different multidisciplinary DevOps teams such as our client portal-, mobile- or any of our banker tooling teams for the Private Banking organisation.

You will use your talents as a Software Developer at Van Lanschot Kempen to inspire, support, and learn. You will work with other highly qualified people who are all focused on delivering value by developing our software solutions. Our values are: Personal, Specialised, Entreprenurial and Decisive. You have the following tasks:

• Participate in all Scrum activities of the team you are part of, such as the daily stand-up, planning, retrospective, refinement, and sprint reviews;
• Contribute to Product Backlog Items with your coding skills;
• Perform code reviews;
• Take part in the Quality Assurance process.

In addition:

• You are a third- or fourth-year Bachelors or Master's student in software development (or similar)
• Analytical, result-oriented and have a hands-on mentality;
• You are passionate about innovative technology and tools;
• You are people minded and eager to learn;
• You have basic development skills;
• You are available at least 32 per week for a minimum of 5 months;
• You have good mastery of English, both oral and written.
