What you’ll do

As a Patient Access Manager (Renewable Contract), you will assist the Head of Market Access in order to enhance organization’s management of patient affordability programs (PAPs).

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Launch and operate PAP in collaboration with NGOs, serve as the contact point with NGOs and ensure close communication with them

  • Serve as an advisor role to internal cross function team on PAP design and sustainability

  • As the hub to consolidate full list of PAPs, retain all mandatory documentation in the programs and manage PAP reconciliation

  • Ensure agreement validity and manage agreements signing with NGOs

  • Communicate with cross functional team to manage PAP stock refill/rebate

Essential for the role

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • University degree holder, Business related qualification would be an advantage.

  • Excellent skill of Excel, PPT

  • Systematic and meticulous with details

  • Good at effectively processing large amount of information

Desirable for the role

Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and/or sales and/or NGO experience is desirable
