The European Medicines Agency is an agency of the European Union in charge of the evaluation and supervision of pharmaceutical products. The building is located on the Zuidas in Amsterdam in the impressive Vivaldi building. It is an international workplace where English is the go-to language. A standard menu cycle is not an option. You surprise guests every day with your creativity, eye for detail, and knowledge of different cuisines.

You are also responsible for leading and organizing the kitchen and dishwashing staff, where you closely monitor instructions, work progress, quality, and problem-solving. You make daily planning for all ingredients, develop menus and recipes, and ensure efficient cost management.

You also manage budgets, perform personnel management tasks such as recruitment, training, and motivation, and ensure hygiene and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills (English/Dutch), flexibility, and a passion for culinary sustainable creations are essential for this role.
