What we are looking for:

Orderchamp is seeking a full-time Customer Success Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. You will be at the forefront of our success by onboarding new brands and retailers to our dropshipping solution. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a talent for understanding our clients, educating them and guiding them to success.

The customer success team engages with brands and retailers who joined the new Orderchamp Dropshipping platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new brands and retailers on how to use the platform and to educate them about the possibilities. You will be part of the success of the new clients, and therefore the success of Orderchamp!

You will have meetings with clients, provide them with guidance and support. You are also actively following up with brands and retailers to improve their performance. When talking to clients, you can practise your active listening skills and get to the bottom of what the client actually wants and needs from Orderchamp.

You will learn how to manage different accounts at the same time, get to the bottom of identifying customer needs, onboard new clients, and so much more! You will learn how to become a self starter and work independently. At Orderchamp we believe in breaking the status quo, working in an ego-free environment and in overscoring our targets. We do so regularly and we celebrate properly!

Working as a Customer Success Intern you will:

  • Onboard new clients through video calls or phone calls
  • Actively follow up with existing clients how they can improve their performance
  • Provide clients with support when they need this
  • Keep track of customer needs in all the conversations and report this to the team.
  • Manage your own pipeline with different clients
  • Learn to prioritise diverse tasks & responsibilities.


  • HBO/Academic thinking level;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • You love to connect with customers;
  • You are fluent in German & English;
