Your role

Your aim is to educate, inspire and drive consumers down the funnel on bugaboo.com, helping consumers get to the products most relevant to them. As Growth Content Specialist working within the product discovery team, with strong collaboration skills, you flex to support product and feature launches where necessary, with day-to-day ownership (ideation, execution and optimization) of personalized consumer journeys, consumer segmentation, and growing multi-category purchases. You are part of the Digital team and you report into the Senior Growth Content Specialist.

This role is for someone who wants to utilize their problem-solving skills & customer centricity within an imaginative and entrepreneurial team, while continually growing their knowledge and skills working collaboratively & align across stakeholders: CRM team, SEO, Brand, Product Data Specialist, Development, Performance Marketing, & Data and Analytics Team.

What will you do?

  • Own (from ideation, execution to optimization) onsite personalized consumer journeys based on consumer segmentation defined by our CRM team.
  • Work very closely with our CRM team for an omnichannel approach in all consumer journeys.
  • Focus on working collaboratively with the SEO team to optimize pages for search engine visibility and reach – upskilling in SEO keyword research to better inform copy briefs.
  • Constantly thinking of ways to improve the onsite consumer experience and achieve business targets you provide CRO ideas to validate assumptions aligned to the digital strategy.
  • Supporting the refinement & QA of approved tests across discovery pages and components – working with Development team & SEO manager.
  • Find truth in data, proof in performance; you use GA4, Hotjar and data dashboards to inform CDJ digital content assumptions and decisions.
  • Share content performance with our Paid Media and CRM for a consistent end to end customer experience.
  • Ensuring tracking is in place on all elements for optimization analysis.
  • Work closely with senior Growth Content Specialist to deliver the content roadmap, including product launches and global campaigns to ensure alignment on critical path and deliverables.

What you will bring to the table

  • You LIVE to problem solve... and LOVE simplifying learnings for greater consumer impact.
  • You relish the responsibility and the ability to own product discovery from concept to launch to follow up testing, as you’ll be a part of a team that builds world class global product discovery content through analysis of the customer decision journey, helping consumers find the products most relevant to them.
  • You have experience with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred, but not required) and with data analytical tools (preferably Google Analytics & Looker studio, but not required).
  • You have a basic skillset in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • You have great collaboration and communication skills and deliver exceptional results working with different teams & stakeholders.
  • You have an insatiable need to test and learn, you’re driven by the challenge to find the optimal customer journey, analyzing multiple data sources with customer centricity at heart, not afraid to get stuck in, learn and drive change.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in ecommerce and are driven by results.
  • You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
