• As the lead for our clients, you'll be managing different projects and anticipating any potential issues that may come up. Your main goal is to ensure the smooth execution of projects and keep our clients happy. You're not afraid of a challenge and know how to mitigate risks to reach our goals!
• In addition to being an amazing project leader, you also have a deep understanding of business innovation and growth hacking strategies. You know how to identify, test, and scale opportunities through different online channels. You think strategically, anticipate consequences, and make effective decisions that align with our company's goals, helping shape the online direction while staying competitive in the market.
• Your charming personality and attention to detail make it easy for you to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and team members. With your ability to think strategically and creatively, you're able to drive positive change within the company. You're able to take complex problems and turn them into actionable solutions and processes, come up with new ways of working and get buy-in for new plans and ideas.

Sounds good, what will I be doing?

• Establish and maintain relationships with over 6 - 8 clients.
• Create comprehensive digital strategies that align with the overall (client) business goals and objectives.
• Use analytics tools and apply expertise in data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Give data-driven insight into complex situations, problems, and processes.
• Make timely decisions - also on the basis of limited information - and oversees the consequences and possible risks.
• Create new internal processes and ways of working to reach a higher level of efficiency.
• Drive change within Marveltest and grow the company.

What is expected from me?

• 2-4 years of proven and relevant work experience in a similar role as a marking/advertising/growth hacking consultant or account manager for a digital agency.
• In-depth understanding of various Digital Marketing Channels such as paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, display advertising, and more.
• A relevant Master’s degree, preferably with an organizational/marketing/business focus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Available for 40 hours per week.
