We are looking for a highly analytical Junior Paid Media Specialist with a proactive approach to join our in-house agency operating in several markets. As part of the Performance Marketing & Digital Trade team, you will be responsible for driving Bugaboo forward through management of Paid Media channels; paid search, social advertising, video and display.

You will support the senior specialist with the daily media buy, for example by building and executing campaigns and regular optimization of campaigns, particularly in Google Ads.

You are a performance marketer at heart, and you are driven by the challenge to constantly improve results based on data and analysis. The team is open, collaborative and there is room to develop and bring in innovative ideas. You will report to the Head of Digital Trade and Performance Marketing.

What will you do

  • You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns from conception to launch, optimizing to incremental ROI. Main Channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, Google Shopping, Youtube and Display;
  • You will be responsible for regular and systematic optimization of paid media channels and campaigns;
  • You will support in measuring and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs vs market targets. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to senior team members and sharing findings to improve future campaigns;
  • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research or analysis on Keywords, social and display creative, and audience targeting by market;
  • You will support the maintenance and optimization of data feeds used in Google Shopping, Affiliates and dynamic ad formats.

What you will bring to the table

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing brand awareness and demand-generating campaigns hand on at an agency or in-house.

Next to that you have:

  • A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Paid Media Platforms: working knowledge of Google Ads Search Ads, Google Shopping and Meta Ads Manager required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Datastudio or Paid Social Tools is a plus but not required.
  • Computer literacy: Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) & Powerpoint.
  • Highly analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and distill the most important insights to share these to the team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to quickly understand priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
