As our Human Resources and People Development (HR&PD) Coordinator you support our team members in their professional growth, and with it, our company’s ambitions. You will contribute to our talent management, optimisation of our HR processes, and sustainable employability. This is a new position, which allows you to put your mark on the further professionalisation and optimisation of our HR&PD processes.

What you will be working on

  • HR&PD coordination and (process) innovation in various HR&PD areas such as employee engagement, leadership, performance management and diversity & inclusion
  • Onboarding: help new colleagues successfully integrate in our way of working
  • Performance management: coordinate and monitor our performance management process, which includes project evaluations.
  • Professional development & training: on the one hand you support people in their professional development 1-on-1 and, on the other hand, you optimise our training curriculum in line with our company goal.
  • Employee engagement & retention: fostering a positive work environment, including employee satisfaction monitoring.
  • DE&I: secure diversity and inclusion within the team by creating practices that support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ambitions.

Who we are looking for

  • Applied sciences (HBO) or Master’s degree in the field of HRM or business management
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in the consulting sector, with a solid background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, able to mobilise people.
  • Balances individual and company needs, oversees the bigger picture.
  • Works independently, pro-actively, and has a can-do mentality.
  • Experience with project management, drives change to support our growing organisation.
  • Available for minimum 32 hours per week
  • Professional fluency in English (minimum C1), and excellent knowledge of the Dutch language.
