About the Internship

You will be part of the L&D team in the NL organization which provides an essential service to all the businesses in NL. We are in the middle of a change phase and therefore you will land in a very dynamic environment full of new developments. We have an ambitious goal to optimize learning and development of the employees in the Netherlands in order to foster their professional development, personal leadership and expertise. As the Learning & Development intern, you will support and coordinate these activities and have an important part in contributing to achieving these ambitious goals. So, what can you expect to be your key responsibilities?

• Planning and organization of trainings in the Netherlands;
• Support the logistics (invitations, materials, location bookings, etc.) and post-evaluation review to ensure a great learning experience to the participants;
• Support in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms and reporting
• Support in coordinating our self-development initiatives (coaching, mentoring, 360 surveys, etc.)
• Be the point of contact for participants and trainers;

Next to the above, you will have the opportunity to be part of other projects that will be available during the internship period. There is sufficient room to develop yourself as there is enough to do!

OVER JOU

We are looking for a student with a relevant Bachelor/Master in Work & Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field. You should be able to find satisfaction in providing an excellent learning experience to the participants. You like to take initiative and communicate with different levels of stakeholders. You are well-organized and can prioritize your work which is supported by your results- and customer-oriented mindset. You have an interest in analyzing learning data and are knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. You can work autonomously and are fluent in the English language.

Furthermore, you need to be:

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Available to start in April for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week;

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
