For our People Team we are looking for an intern with drive, commitment and affinity with recruitment and learning & development, and coordination. You would be joining a very fun team who empowers everyone to take the lead and to make decisions. We bring in the right talent from across the world and we grow and develop them further. Our key people focus is: “We Grow Talent”. We open our doors for an intern to make a flying start in their career in HR. The internship contains two main goals. One will be to coordinate interviews for all our business units but there are also numerous opportunities to participate in shaping the recruitment strategy, improve our processes and grow along the way. The second will be to support the Grow team with the coordination of the learning activities in the organization and reshaping the onboarding learning journey.

To enable you to get the most out of your experience, you will be allocated a mentor for the duration of the internship. This will be a member from the Talent Acquisition & Grow team who will provide support, advice and guidance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, aimed to recruit the best people for Travix and support the business in filling hiring needs
  • Support the talent acquisition team in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, aligning with stakeholders and sharing challenges and best practices to apply in order to optimize the hiring process and the candidate's journey.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the talent acquisition team and your business partners
  • Build and maintain a network of high quality prospect candidates and deliver a top-notch candidate experience
  • Manage the coordination of the recruitment process, arranging interviews in all stages of the recruitment funnel
  • Possibility to assist when needed with the recruitment of junior roles
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • You will be part of the Grow (L&D) team aimed to develop our colleagues with the best in class learning activities
  • Support the Grow Partners in L&D activities such as scheduling & coordinating trainings, aligning with vendors and trainers to optimize the training calendar
  • You will lead a key exciting project to reshape our onboarding learning journey, from the e-learning module and revisiting our current approach to the onboarding learning journey of our new colleagues in the context of hybrid setting within a global organization.
  • Wear different hats at times to cross functionally collaborate with your colleagues in other people team related topics and contribute to our People Plan.

What you bring to the table

  • You are enrolled in an HR, Organizational Psychology related Bachelor or Master degree and looking for an internship to gain experience in the Recruitment field
  • You are available to work full-time for at least 5 months
  • A positive attitude and energy that enables you to work in a fast paced and target driven environment, thinking innovatively
  • You have a passion for developing and growing people
  • You have excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • You are a real team player who is service minded and has a proactive way of working
  • Your are excellent in speaking & writing English
  • Recruitment coordination experience or experience in the learning & development field is a plus
  • Independent with agile mindset and the ability to adapt easily to change
  • Ability to work in an international team environment with a high sense of urgency.
