We have built a proprietary 3D Hand Scanner, along with highly innovative brace designs and automation software. With a growing team of 40+ talented specialists, and a brand-new office in The Hague our company is getting ready for hyper-growth. All we need now is a Financial Controller to help us through this next stage.

How you will make impact

As our Financial Controller you own and drive all aspects of our financial operations, such as accounting, payments, reconciliation, tax and reporting. In this hands-on role you'll work closely with our founders, team leads and back-office team to ensure tight bookkeeping, monthly reporting, keep financial discipline, build out budgets and track progress against the long-term strategic plan. You will help structure, standardize and automate our financial processes where needed, so we can keep achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Luckily, Manometric is already large enough that more and more interesting challenges arise, and still small enough that you can make a rewarding impact and fully understand and own everything finance at Manometric. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to expand their responsibilities beyond accounting and reporting to (assisting with) financial modelling, analysis and providing feedback and insights to our operational teams as our company continues to grow.

What you need to succeed

Our ideal candidate has relevant scale-up experience, preferably in a production or trade type business, is proactive and thrives in a changing environment. The position is for 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your experience and preference.

We also need you to bring this to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in finance / accounting.
• Solid understanding of accounting, internal control and financial processes.
• Good communicator, both internally and externally.
• You make quick and accurate models and calculations, skilled in Excel.
• Like us you are curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• English language proficiency.
