Financial Controller

In collaboration with the CFO, Business Controller, and Financial Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate accounting records and building the accounting function in all aspects in multiple countries.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the CFO in keeping the complete accounting;

• Lead transaction processes like AR / AP, tax and stock;

• Owner of the monthly and annual closing process / reporting;

• Drive continuous improvement of accounting and compliance related processes;

• You have one direct report (Financial project manager) and your team will extend when realisation of further (international) growth of the company.

What you'll bring

• A completed financial, accounting or business economics education - HBO/WO;

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in accountancy;

• You enjoy working in a scale-up;

• You work accurately;

• Demonstrable knowledge of Excel;

• You fit the DNA of a social and sustainable company;

• ERP (Netsuite Oracle) experience is a pre;

• You ensure excellent communication.
