Your role:

We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by playing a key role within the Inventory Business Applications Lifecycle and assisting with the solution design, development, testing and maintenance of all business applications, in particular ERP & IBP.

The Supply Chain & Planning System Analyst will ensure the system alignment with organizational needs while managing changes cross-functionally and cross-regionally. You will also support the performance monitoring and issue resolution that arise across the organization, with both business, functional and technical IT knowledge. You will work with shareholders in various levels of the organization.

Main tasks:

Be a key player in our D365 F&O Supply Chain and IBP Program team, from implementation, problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the system adoption lifecycle and enhancements, for our Demand Planning and Logistics departments.

Lead and prioritize the supply chain system change requirements and new initiatives within the DevOps backlog while implementing them according to the urgency and operations’ impact in line with our Agile practices.

Support and validate completeness of user stories, development, test scripts and overall documentation.

Build a close collaboration cross-functionally and cross-regionally and follow our agile guidelines.

Proactively identify improvement areas and propose designing solutions, in line with the roadmap.

Assist and analyze design sessions in prototyping new configuration, extensions, and integrations to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flows.

Work with the overall IT team and external parties to plan and execute various initiatives, when required.

Ensure the performance and maintenance of batch jobs, procedures, and integrations along with Data & Interface Analyst for D365 F&O, IBP, and other business applications.

Support in defining data migration parameters, data cleansing and validation processes, when required.

Play an active role in user training to enable efficient use and adoption of systems and processes and provide customized training when needed.

Maintain current knowledge base, documentation and understanding of business applications and architecture.

Develop and document IT risk mitigating procedures, as required.

What we’re looking for:

Background in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role and experience with technical implementations.

Knowledge of ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O) and IBP applications – is a must.

Good understanding of the Supply Chain and Demand Planning business processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with others.

Strong stakeholder management skills;

Critical thinking while keeping a service mindset, ability to identify root causes and detect optimal solutions to prevent future issues.

Demonstrated ability to act in a consultative role to understand functional business processes, related information technology needs, and develop solutions and delivery proposals.

Knowledge of Agile Practices preferred and experience with DevOps is a plus.

Fluent English is a must.

Flexible, initiative-taking, adaptable and hands on.

This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam.

We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week.
