Recruitment Intern

As a recruitment intern at IMC, you will be helping out the entire recruitment team: you will officially be part of our awesome Graduate Recruitment team next to five other colleagues, and in addition, you will be supporting our Experienced Trading & Business Support Recruiter as well as our Technology Recruiter on various tasks. This ensures a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you’ll be kickstarting your recruitment career by learning more about graduate, technology, trading and business support roles!

Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process:
• • Reviewing CVs
  • Scheduling & shadowing interviews
  • Assisting candidates and hiring managers with their questions
  • Joining some of the job intakes and evaluation meetings
• You will use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily to update candidate information regularly and in line with GDPR;
• You will join (international) Graduate Recruitment Events and help promote our brand;
• You will work on your very own, process-improvement, strategic project;

Qualifications:

• You study a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field;
• You graduate in 2025 (preferably February);
• You are available for an internship between August 2024 and February 2025;
• You are a strong communicator with an eye for detail and are able to prioritize;
• You have strong organizational, time management, hands-on and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask;
• You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Having experience with Microsoft Outlook is desirable;
