Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It:
Together with the General Manager and your team of supervisors and hosts, you are responsible for running a smooth TSH operation in our Amsterdam City hotel. You'll oversee all 'Front of house'-areas, such as reception, coworking and our unique food & drink outlets.
As our Community Manager, you're always open and available with a friendly smile - for your team or to meet every need of the TSH community (but also answering the questions of random strangers). You make sure that the team provides the highest level of service, always delivering on what sets TSH apart; our guest experience. You keep a constant eye on a clean, safe and inclusive working environment, as well as meeting all financial goals for sales and expenses. What would we do without you?
The Social Hub Amsterdam City is located centrally, close to Amsterdam’s iconic canals, which makes our hotel the perfect pad for launching into this vibrant, creative city. The location consists of 571 rooms, from executive rooms, studios, to student rooms, 2 extensive coworking floors, a workcafe & bar, a Stach (deli and coffee bar) outlet, as well as 17 meetings rooms including the Parool Theatre, The Playroom, and a 180-seater Auditorium. So anyone and everyone can come and settle in for anything from one night to a year, take a desk in our thriving workspace, host a meeting or just pop in for a bite!
