About the job

As a Tech Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our English and German-speaking customers, and become an Omnia expert!

This will involve answering questions from our customers, either by phone or email, handling bugs, troubleshooting issues, answering customer's requests, resolving technical problems, and guiding users through the various functionalities of our product. Additionally, you will also collaborate with other teams to address complex problems and ensure a positive customer experience.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and affinity with tech.

In addition, you will also bring to the team:

  • Available to work part-time (16h-20h/week)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar;
  • Experience in a customer-facing position or tech support is a huge plus;
  • Living in the Amsterdam or Darmstadt Area;
  • Tech-savvy;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Fluent in German;
  • Dutch is a big plus;

If you have worked in a customer support role, did not have exposure to tech support yet but is tech-savvy and are interested in learning more about our product and becoming an expert on it, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
