As a consultant, you will work on projects in the European energy sector. In many of these projects, teams from different companies work together to build robust and sustainable European energy systems. Your support serves as the driving force behind the teams’ success. You will develop project management and leadership skills and gain a deeper understanding of the complex energy market. Perfect if you have recently graduated and aim to make a direct impact.

Who we are looking for

• University Master's degree with top-notch grades
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in project management and/or energy sector
• Sharp analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• International experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Fluent in German and excellent in English (business/professional fluency)
• Hybrid working from our office in Naarden, The Netherlands and home (this can be Germany, preferably Cologne area)
• Willing to start the first 2-3 months in our Netherlands headquarters
