What can you expect?

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role as a connection between the business departments and supporting departments such as IT, Risk, Compliance, Security, and others. The purpose of this role is to support changes and assist the organization in designing, improving, and implementing regulatory requirements and related solutions. As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for effective communication, coordination, and establishing quality standards.

In this role, you closely collaborate with the business departments to analyze their needs and challenges. You map out business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate them into concrete solutions. Additionally, you facilitate collaboration between different departments by promoting effective communication and bringing stakeholders together. You coordinate projects focused on implementing regulatory requirements and solutions, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

An important aspect of this role is establishing and maintaining quality standards within the organization. You ensure that processes, systems, and solutions comply with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. You conduct quality checks, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you gather relevant data, prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
