Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries with a blend of professionalism and a pinch of wit.
• Track shipments like a hawk; not all heroes wear capes, some just wield shipment tracking tools.
• Dive deep into customer feedback to extract gems of insight or even just a good chuckle.
• Help craft FAQs that are as informative as they are entertaining.
• Develop customer retention strategies that stick—almost like our premium adhesive paper.
• Maintain a lively log of customer interactions because every conversation with our customers is page-turning.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Communications, or any field that appreciates a good paper joke.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to explain the difference between lignin and Lenin.
• Detail-oriented with a flair for drama when recounting customer sagas.
• Multitasking prowess to manage multiple customer queries without breaking a sweat (or a seal).
• A sense of humor that aligns with our brand—dry jokes welcome, dry paper not so much.
