Strategy& Business Course - Power your Future

Strategy& offers a multi-day Business Course called Power your Future, taking place from 18–20 November 2026.

Are you ready to power your career?

After a successful Business Course last May, Strategy& is introducing its refreshed second Business Course of the year: Power your Future! This November, you will have the opportunity to work on a case focused on sustainable energy storage together with a group of ambitious students.

At Strategy&, participants help explore how leading organizations solve complex challenges. The Business Course is designed to challenge, coach, and inspire you to develop your skills and discover your potential as a future consultant at Strategy&.

A multi-day strategy adventure

During this event, you will step into the shoes of a Strategy& consultant. The program is designed around your personal and professional development:

• Crack a case: you will collaborate in teams to tackle a real-life battery and sustainable energy challenge and present your strategic solution.

• Mentorship and coaching: you will participate in training sessions led by consultants, receiving personal coaching and constructive feedback to sharpen your skills.

• Experience our culture: through informal lunches, dinners, and social activities, you will experience the company culture.

• A launchpad for your career: many current consultants started their Strategy& journey at one of these recruitment events.

Who are we looking for?

Strategy& welcomes talented students who are:

• Recent graduates, Master’s students, or 3rd year Bachelor students

• From all academic backgrounds and all universities

• Currently enrolled at, or recently graduated from, a Dutch university

No specific experience is required, just curiosity, strong academic performance, and an interest in strategy consulting.
